Holy sh*t... it's well documented too. If this is even remotely true, then that's a huge problem. It would be an explanation as to why this kid managed to get away with as much as he did with all the interactions police had with him...

2. I spent about 18 months in 2012, 2013 and 2014 investigating Broward and Miami-Dade school policies and how those policies transfer to law enforcement practices.

3. My interest was initially accidental. I discovered an untold story of massive scale and consequence as a result of initial research into Trayvon Martin and his High School life.

4. What I stumbled upon was a Broward County law enforcement system in a state of conflict. The Broward County School Board and District Superintendent, entered into a political agreement with Broward County Law enforcement officials to stop arresting students for crimes.

5. The motive was simple. The school system administrators wanted to "improve their statistics" and gain state and federal grant money for improvements therein.

I wouldn't put it past these agencies. They play these sort of games of politics here all the time of playing games of deception to create the illusion of social reform policies actually working and it working well. Meanwhile, things get swept under the rug and nobody really knows the actual reality... and the media doesn't care about the reality, they just want to milk more scandals...

Anyway, you can read here, but I recommend to look at the website as there are tons of documents linked...

America is going through a very bad reign at the moment so I'm not surprised to see more of a Russian approach to situations like this.

..I feel so desperately sorry for this sheriff deputy who has resigned, I fear a scapegoat is the detraction needed to not address gun control with this...anyways there are reports that a counsellor determined Cruz shouldn’t be institutionalised after his mum reported violence against her back in 2013...and he was assessed again in 2016 by a mental health worker and again, deemed as ‘no risk’ obviously....as often is the case sadly, so many alarm factors overlooked over many years...or dismissed by so many people and so many health and social services...but Trump appears to be condemning and damning one person very publicly...because that’s just so much easier to address than a mental health ‘prevent’ system which has failed Cruz and failed the children at that school...no individuals are at fault here, a system is at fault...which can happen in any country sadly and does happen...but then putting guns so easily into the hands of the ‘failed’ ...
