DAVINA: I CAN'T WAIT FOR CRAZIEST EVER BRUV
THIS year's Big Brother contestants are set to be the most entertaining yet, according to host Davina McCall.
She revealed that all the housemates have been selected for the eighth series of the show which starts on May 30.
And she admitted she can't wait to start presenting the programme that she is convinced is going to be the best yet.
Davina, 39, said: "All the housemates have been chosen already and I am so excited about it.
"This year's lot are definitely the best yet. There are some really big characters.
"I can't wait to get them in the house and see how they all get on with each other."
Programme makers Endemol and Channel 4 are desperate to score a hit with this year's BB after coming under fire for the disastrous Celebrity series. They got a record 40,000 complaints because of the allegations of racist bullying against Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty.
Davina said: "It's meant to be light entertainment, about everyone having a laugh."

BB without Davina just wouldn't be the same. She's pure class. Go on Davina! Thanks for posting.

Davina is the only host who could do this show. Nobody could replace her and I hope the rumours of her quiting after Big Brother 8 isnt true. This article sounds genuine and I cant wait to see teh show now .

Personally, I find Davina to be fairly common and lacking in class. As soon as launch night begins, the cameras will zoom in on her and she will pull some facial expression, along with a comment understood by those into popular culture. She used to have individuality. I see none now, only a middle aged woman desperately trying to appeal to the masses, instead of being true to herself.

Less conformist and had more personality. If you see her now, she always seems to have this dominant attitude and pulls faces at the cameras and talks like a common girl 'This is gonna be...like...the best big brother ever.' Whereas before, she was less common and generally more about presenting rather than being a gimmick; what people EXPECT her to be like.

Personnally, i like the arguments better than someone funny. They kept me gripped more than ever...i do feel sorry for the BB producers, they are desperatly trying to start again, CBB5 has left the BB experiance scarred for life. And they are trying to make it peaceful by throwing a load of gays...but from what i recall, it was gays that caused a lot of the arguing...Pete Burns, Shabaz...etc so i don't know what they are doing!!!

I'd really like to think that Davina will be more into the show this year. The theme from the pictures definately seems more..'fun'.

Do you have a problem with commoners? Would you like her more if she were less common?

I think Davina's persona is due to the predominantly young audience that Big Brother now attracts, but you can just call her common if you want.
