Ok I have to admit I love most musicals (oldies - eg sound of music - chitty chitty bang bang etc ) although hated la-la-land! (hated it now idea how or why it won so many awards)

This film 'The Greatest Showman' The film is inspired by the story of P. T. Barnum's creation of the Barnum & Bailey Circus and the lives of its star attractions. Starring Hugh Jackman (swoon!) and of course the unforgettable Keala Settle as the bearded lady (This is me)

I am so hooked on the soundtrack any fellow fans of either film or soundtrack out there?

If you like a good sing-a-long and a story with a wonderful (if not controversial) message this film is for you!

Forget the films in the oscars unless you want to be bored into a coma this is one of those films to some a bit like marmite .. but to me wonderful :cheer2:

Everytime i watch this version i am in tears.

The power, Emotion and Passion she puts into it is outstanding and it makes me sad how she is only getting her big break now

I've not seen the Film though but it looks like it's playing on a controversial story like West Side Story did for it's time which I do respect.

It takes people that are often ridiculed for being 'different' and finds them a 'family' a place to feel accepted and call 'home' I love that in a film :)

You might have a point.

And yeah I think it's good for Films and TV Shows to show people that it is okay to be different, hopefully it would show some people that their behaviour towards certain people who are different needs to change.
