You have a baby at 18 years old and he or she grows up and becomes 18 years old. Suddenly he or she becomes pregnant and has a baby, then he or she grows up and becomes 8 years old.


This will make the Granny 44 years old.

Would you like to be called "Granny" or NOT?

Time flies when you get pregnant at a young age and your little baby grows and at a young age can get pregnant and the word "Granny" for someone who is 44 years old or even younger in some cases, can certainly bother you?

But I prefer "Grandma", but I know that "Granny" sounds horrible, well, it does to me!!

But I don't like the word:- "Grandpapa" either.


"Grandad" is okay!!!!!

I am 36 and about to become a grandma in July!

My daughter is nearly 20 so she is not the one too young to have a baby that was me lol !!!

I would like to be known as Gran, Nan or momar

I knew that the word "Granny" is not a favourite:laugh::laugh:

People hate that so much and I have ribbed people about it by saying, "Where's Granny":laugh::laugh:

Loads of teenagers have kids very early in life. A lot of the time it is just a one-night-stand or sometimes it really works.

I said to my ex-girlfriend at that time, that I want to be absolutely sure, before I decide to say "Yes" to having a child. It takes a wise decision to make that choice at a young age or any age.

But to be called "Granny" can usually annoy many women, it just sounds awful:yuk:

well my cousin is only young, hes getting married and his fiancee is having a baby they are only around 19, but it is really woking out for them

i think granny is the worst thing to be called, i would rather be called a nan or something lol

I've only got one grand mother, and I call her none of the usual names. It's something unique and more special!
I think everyone should devise their own names, granny evokes and old women with white hear rocking back and forth in a rocking chair moaning at the modern world!!
