should upskirting photography be made illegal ? ( damming metro news report ) 21.03.18

free speech i'm exercising

this news is going to hurt

the reader won't see the ingenious in criticizing

if illegal it will be my hurt.

for many of a decades

built up a portfolio

quality pictures with no fades

i'm refusing to say cheerio.

if passed a 'bill' will be pacific

which could see my habit have excisum

that's why i object and are a critic

the love of my life if voyeurism.

being charged would shame

sitting in front of the paparazzi

they are beside for also playing the game

these selfies will go straight in the khazi.

liberal democrats have labeled

on society i am a menace

never will forgive wera hobhouse who 'tabled'

she is vile and discriminating against my upskirt practice.

Yes. I thought it was.

Yes it should be 100%

I went to the BBC Teen Awards and there was a paparazzi lying on the floor by the cars trying to get pictures, thankfully he was eventually moved but I bet it happens so much where there is no security.

Absolutely. It's voyeurism and really creepy. If revenge porn and the like is illegal, how is this not? I think the paparazzi in general should have a lot more restrictions put on them tbh vultures

Upskirt photography should be banned from this Nation
It is a form of Perversion and Privacy Invasion.

The sensible response is that it should be illegal, but where does one draw the line. Taking any picture without the subjects permission should really be an offense, because what is that image then going to be used for apart from it being an invasion of privacy.

All kinds of paparazzi that aren't at official events where people should expect to be photographed should be illegal IMO.

Long lenses capturing people's wobbly bits on a private holiday are sick and I especially abhor the "take a picture of a celeb who's just woken up and is out walking the dog" and imply they're depressed or an alcoholic or some other wild theory based on them not looking so fresh. And then ones like Elaine Lordan being splashed across the papers when she's suffering enough as it is.

Not to mention it gives the fakers ideas when they set up shoots for attention.

Should have STOMPED all over the twot, A.J.

That's ONE 'upskirt Photo' opportunity he would have been in too much pain to have capitalised on.

The thing about it is, if people wanted to look at naked people all they have to do is google, it's creepy as **** that they want to invade an unwilling participants privacy and modesty instead though

It's disgusting Niamh, but as you say if people want to look at nudes they have the internet, but this is a total invasion of privacy, it seems nothing is off limits nowadays. They probably have cameras in toilet pans too.

Have you never clicked on the voyeur section of say TubeKitty?

One of the most popular things, i am told, is guys w*nking off on public transport with females opposite or in a near bye seat so that they see

If someone tried that near me he would be taking his balls home in a different bag from the one they were in originally.

Poetic justice.

It should be illegal and it will be eventually, I'm sure. But there's a whole muddle around stalking, voyeurism etc. There was a case of someone being filmed through the window of his house by someone he'd had a disagreement with. The police told him that peeking, or even filming through someone's window is not an arrestable offence unless it's proven that it was being done for voyeuristic purposes. And that a voyeurism charge will only stand up if the victim is a woman. Which is ridiculous and sexist. This whole area needs a good shake up.

Any pictures of that sort taken without consent should be considered a sexual crime.

I have had this happen.

He did not have his cock out, but you could tell he was wanking and he was eyeballing me the whole time. Was so bizarre and creepy. I was only 14.

It seems to be a not too uncommon experience among friends too. Though I seem to be the only one who was underage when it happened..which I guess is a weird kind of plus, that it happens more to adults than kids..anecdotally of course :umm2:

I just cannot understand the mindset at all of someone who does that, or similar things.
