Just saw it, not THAT impressive if im being honest, markus does the voice. Its like standing on top of the eye and is a shiny black 10 but theres no great animation like what I thought it wud be keep ur eyes on t4 today for it!!

Theres no music per say just scrambling bits of past advert music being reversed etc., you can hear last years house ad music in it. Kinda fits in with the interference theme.

its really cool. i have just seen it agian on t4...it has like sound effects like a machine or cameras humming...then it goes into the eye and the 10 pops up and spins around...marcus says 10 days and then it goes onto the theme tune for about 2 seconds lol

It was amazing to hear Marcus Bentley and to see a slightly longer and visible eye (the eye flashes were so quick my mum sat through ugly betty when there were 3 and never saw 1 of them). However I think in comparison to last years it wasn't as good.

Exactly how i feel. All the graphics this year are done against white whereas for the past 3 years it was either black or dark blues.

Yeah I agree with that, im glad we've got a modern and bright eye/graphics.
Since BB5 we've had reds,navys,black. Even last year with the yellow - we still had a dark theme especially with the teaser adverts. These are 10x better.

Again the graphics of the ad were amazing, theres no denying that. However I would have prefered last years sound with marcus bentley's voice.

It almost always is to correspond with the eye. The eye usually comes with its own 'sound' if you will.

May I ask, but when do the flashes occur during the adverts? Immediately after a show goes on break, after the respective show's sponsor advert, end of the adverts? I'm asking, because I have yet to see the flashes on television and I normally don't watch Channel 4 but I've been tuning in now and then trying to catch the eye flashes but I keep failing. Also, is there any pattern/particular time they are on at? Sorry to bother, but I feel so left out not having seen it on the television.

Dami they usually show from what I know before a prgramme, during a break, or after a programme has finished. It all depends really. You will just have to keep watching. There has been links posted in this thread somewhere of the actually 10 days advert if you go back a few pages you will find the links.

I really like these graphics! Also, as others have mentioned, it's very similar to those puzzlez and rubiz cubes, could this represent that the housemates have to solve a 'puzzle' before unlocking something?

Yes, and i posted the 10 day advert yesterday morning when it was first aired. There is no point having diffrent topics for each day's eye flash, and i'm sure the mods will agree when they get online...
