If you were to create a lineup of 4 'The Voice' Coaches (that have been in before or are your dream coacjes) what would it look like?

I'd have Brendon Urie (his Live Vocals are amazing, and sound almost exactly the same as his Studio Vocals, but he's been in the biz for a long time too), Rita Ora (one of the hottest female singers around, great entertainment, and has done it before), Jessie J (an extremely underrated artist and it'd be good to have her back), and then someone like George Ezra who is fairly new to the scene in terms of popularity but has lots of talent and a different style to the other 3.

No one can tell me this doesn't look like a good panel

I'd take all of them bar George

I like Tom, Will and Jennifer. Fourth one would probably have to be someone pop/rocky, so Ezra would work well.

JHud is a great coach that can be that full of herself because she's a success.
Sir Tom Jones is a legend and you're a bore with your choices

He may be a legend but he isn't exactly riveting television and axing him was the best thing the BBC did with the show.

But hasn't his contestant had the best start to a winners single then anyone else?

That's on the contestant not him. Tulisa mentored LM but flopped so

Easther Bennett, the lead singer from girlband Eternal. She's literally the most underrated UK female singer ever and could give J-Hud a run for her money!

He coached the most successful winner.

You think riveting television would be 4 young white coaches who don't vary in age range or music

You say that but ngl skin colour doesn't change how entertaining someone is, it's the person. 24-30 is a good age range for the demographic and gives them time for experience.

And you say that they don't vary in music but you have SingerSongwriter, Alternative Rock, Dance and Pop which are our industries 4 biggest genres right now - they're good representation.

And you can't call someone the most successful winner after just three days. I love her and wish her the best but she is going back to college now so won't have time to work properly until summer, and she may just flop like other winners have done. Mo is the first I've seen an album from.

1) It's called diversity.
2) 24-30 aged coaches. So people that have been in the business for a few years, nah. You've got to have somebody like Sir Tom Jones that has been in the industry for years and years and knows the ins and outs.
3) I can call her the most successfull winner because she already is and even though it hasn't been long, she's already the most successful.
