[Viktoria, who had been reported missing the day before, died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Her body was discovered by a member of the public in West Park at about 7am on Thursday.
Two boys aged 16 and 17 have been arrested on suspicion of murder.]

Yes,they will get a slap on the wrist and help as no doubt they will be from ' a bad background' isn't that the usual excuse for scum like this, she will just be forgotten as victims usually are, her family wont get any help.

Even today it’s still a system where the offender gets more support and more justice than the actual victim. What message does that give out?

Totally sick of people who constantly try to use ‘background’ as an excuse for the inexcusable. Wherever you live, wherever you come from, what ever your beliefs - unless mentally deficient you know right from wrong.
