I swear I've seen like, three people mention this in the 4 years I've been here but I've been in LOVE with Steven Universe since 2015.
YES it's a children's show but it doesn't act like it is, in fact it's dealt with some subtle adult themes (consent, homophobia, racism) which I thought was neat!
The plot and lore is somewhat deep to? Not too deep children wouldn't understand it but deep enough to create a ton of fan theories, yet in a majority of cases, those fan theories aren't true, so the writers are (somewhat) smart :joker:
The songs are good too, with songs sung by Estelle. Also it's got some good comical moments while also being a serious show
I know I'm gonna be judged and no one probably watches it now but if Total ****ing Drama got it's own thread, why not this one?
