You need to put the img tags on the bottom line, the top one's a dead link.

Just copy and paste this:

Your second banner is a valid address (url). You just need to use tags. Put this in your signature...

The imageshack one is only part of the address - it should start with http://

Make sure the height of both banners together isn't more than the maximum that is allowed of 300 pixels - the second banner there is 205 pixels.
