NK's sudden 'change of heart' likely has little to do with anything Trump has done although his sociopathic narcissism will undoubtedly lead him to claim credit.
From what I've read, the credit for recent progress falls squarely on the shoulders of the two Koreas.
Donald Trump is still ****ing over his voter base by stripping away vital benefits and services while trying to take out Medicaid while giving his friends needless tax cuts and positions in the White House they aren't qualified for. He still operates on a platform of hate and he is still going back on nearly every promise he made in the election.

The Nobel Prize was created by the man who invented Dynamite so he wouldn't be remembered for creating a weapon, I think he'd prefer to be remembered for that then to have his name associated with a sentient tangerine who did nothing to earn it.
