I work in sainsburys and I prefer to do the morning shifts tbh. I mostly work in the Bakery and although it is a Chore to wake up at 5AM, i would much rather get it out of the way and have a relaxing and Enjoyable Afternoon and night.

I'm a night owl so late shifts suit me. Early shifts are draining getting up at 3am. I have to have a nap in order to see me through the evening..but then you feel groggy. Give me the late shifts any day..get home at 10pm..wind down for an hour then off to bed. Early shifts I don't sleep properly in fear of oversleeping. I usually fall asleep very quickly in the knowledge I don't have to be up at a certain time...but if I know I have to be up early I find myself desperately trying to get to sleep...So frustrating.

The late nights are always nice if I've got company, I get a lot done. My partner doesn't like me staying late though

Er just a normal shift preferably (I do 8.30-5.30), hate the idea of doing really early starts or night shifts
