I like dandelions. Am I the only one that likes them?

Just a wildflower like many others but its perceived pernicious nature in terms of lawns and gardens makes it demonised

When I was wee they were called "pee the beds"

Yeah was gonna say we were always told you would wet the bedif you picked Dandelions....

same though we called them pissabeds, the other think was butter cups someone would put one under your chin and if it reflected you liked butter :joker:

I like wild flowers,we make sure we have a patch in the garden that is wild,we have lots of forget-me-nots which I love ,plus bluebells,campions,buttercups,poppies and more,they look really pretty.

You were very posh, we called them Piss in the beds :laugh:

When we were small we would get one and put your thumbnail under the flower and say

"Mary Queen of Scots got ha head chopped... OFF" and ping off the yellow head

I love dandelions and daisies in a lawn.
Reminds me of my younger days.
Buttercups for the butler test.
Wet the beds with dandelions and blowing the clock was the best.
Aaah we were all so innocent then.:joker:
