A mod election would be good, although I wouldn't want to stand myself, I'd be behind your campaign LT.

I would love a like button but NOT a dislike button. We want to encourage positive vibes only!

You are not a mod. But you might be under covers.

If so, good night.

On the topic.

Like button... Yes. Dislike button... no.

We saw how dislike button worked on DS. It was abused so much (people mainly disliking users posts that they donīt like) that they axed all the others and now they only have a like button.

You can't have like without dislike. It's like having spotted dick without custard.

Spotted what?

And it works for Facebook, twitter, insta as well as pretty much every forum

The dislike button would be abused and would end up being cut.

The dislike button would be abused and would end up being cut.I could argue that the like button would be abused.

Yes to the like button but no to the dislike button...

We don’t want to become like DS.

Just write your reply to a post and then include a +1 or -1... a bit old-fashioned, but it works.

DS had put a like and dislike function on their Forum and caused trolling and heated arguments and now the only function left on the Forum is the like button.

Basically I think that this is a bad idea that will cause hurt feelings on the Forum.

I don't see the harm in trialing it (maybe not the dislike button I don't really see the point in it tbh), and if it causes problems then take it away.
