Build Up

Have you enjoyed the build-up to BB8? We are only a few days away from the new series. Sometimes I think the build-up is one of the best parts of the show...all I can say is...ROLL ON WEDNESDAY!!!

I haven't really enjoyed the build up, I don't actually ENJOY the series until a few weeks into the show once I know all the housemates. I don't know why everyone is getting so excited already.:conf:

I have but its been filled with lots of uncertianty and threats of a BB4 this past week :mad:.

Launch Night is one of the best nights of the series. Getting to see a bunch of new housemates which we will be watching for the summer and Davina showing us around the fresh new house. It's great.

I love the build up, its great seeing the eye and getting the reactions. I most look foward to seeing the house though - it never fails to suprise! Who would think of a bath in the living room?

I haven't seen these threads and I didn't see much of BB4 either. Anyway how do people know that it's going to resemble BB4, and even if they CAN see into the future, why would it be all that bad.

I think its exciting because we don't know what to expect with a new show. We see little bits like the eye and advert but still remain pretty much in the dark about what the house is all about...whether there are secret rooms, a tunnel or whatever. I think it takes a few weeks to know all the housemates so our first impressions are not always spot on. I just hope there are not so many ott characters in the house this year. All the press rumours are pretty funny but again they are just helping the build up of the show. Launce Night is certainly better than the Final Night because the final is rather predictable where as Launch night is all new.

Well you know over all the furor over the CBB findings the feeling is that Big Brothers going to be toned down. Their was news on holding back housemates who were considered to extreme , for instance.

Hopefully the opposite happens and they will simply make it more controversial than ever :wink:.

It's certainly an exciting build up. I like the fact we know hardly anything about the upcoming series, it means when launch night comes apart from seeing pictures of the house we should be in for some suprises.

I've loved every minute of the build up this year. I love how C4 have released things bit by bit...teasing us with their splenderific BB goodies lol... I just can't wait till launch night, seeing the new housemates and the house... *shivers with excitement*

It's reminded me of a BB6 build-up. I actually really like it. I hope this series turns out to be as good as I hope it will be.

Well last year i didnt have the build up cause i hated BB back then but i watched it and fell in love with it
But YES i am loving all this build up and exctiement

I hated the BB7 build up. It was the opposite of summer with the black.

i never really enjoy the build up apart from like 1 hour before it starts. I can wait that long. But 4 days is too long for me!
I love the launch night, the crazy audition tapes, seeing the new house and seeing what davinass going to say next [eg "it's back" or "here's your summer sorted"] and what she's going to wear [something black?]

the build up this years been pretty boring, but its starting to get good now.
