500 Posts

Heya. I'm still sorta new here, and I've realised that you can't change your personal message until you get 500 posts or something. I'm just wondering how long it took you all to get up to that? I'm still only on a 100 something. It'll take me forever! lol.

Lol well I've only just got past 5000 and I've been here almost 2 years, but most people post faster than me, ask Markus lol.

EDIT: Sorry I misread your post, it took me a few months to get to 500 I think.

It took me about 18 months to get to 5000, but it's 500+ untill you can change your personal message so you're not too far off. I've never bothered changing mine though.

It took me around 3 months to get that, i have 3600 posts which did not take me long to get.

Once you get started, the post count will go up really quick

It didn't take me long at all really, but then I joined at the beginning of BB7 when there was LOTS to discuss. :hugesmile:
So I'm sure once the BB stage gets here, the same will happen to you. :thumbs:

When BB8 starts you'll notice it goes up really quick.... And to bump up your post count..... post pointless 1 word messages and icons lol.

But dont.... i was joking. I never did that! :rolleyes:

^ Actually, that's a good point - I used to do that loads in Chat & Games, but just for fun, and back then they used to add to post count. So I probably got way more simply by posting a load of smilies a day...I guess I'm glad they don't count it now!

About a month or two but I did join just as BB5 was starting so it was fairly easy as there's soo much to talk about.

I cant really remember mine because i joined just before BB3 but then my computer messed up halfway through so it might have been just before BB3 or after

I posted like 100 in a few days!But its harder now as Chat and Games doesn't count. But once BB comes you'll get up to 500 easily!

I can't renember, but it didn't take long at all :blush2: But that was when C&G post counted, so I suppose it was for people to get higher post counts easier then!

I joined just over 5 months ago and I have 4,280 posts! It depends how often you come on here. (I don't come on much really :laugh:). And if chat and games posts counted, I would be on 7,664 by now! lol
