Thats fantastic news. Good to hear that its not free like the rumor said.
That's good news, probably end up helping them get more votes.

They are supposidly getting rid of text votes because no provider can provide the text votes quick enough for the results to be aired or somthing like that anyway

From DS
Channel 4 has slashed the cost of Big Brother phone voting by half, and says will not make any profit from the calls.
Eviction phone votes for the new series, which starts on Wednesday, will drop from 50p to 25p per call (from BT landlines). A 10p charity donation will be made for each vote cast, with the remaining charge covering costs incurred by the broadcaster to provide the service. The phone voting process will also be monitored by an external law firm throughout the series.
Text voting has been scrapped completely this series, over worries that the mobile phone operators cannot process SMS messages within a suitable time frame.
Andy Taylor, the Channel 4 managing director, new media, said the channel has made the move to "ensure the audience has absolute confidence in the evictions, which are absolutely integral to the show's success."
"Cutting the cost of phone votes will hopefully encourage the highest possible number of our viewers to interact with the programme," he added.
