The sun had a little article saying housemates may be a deaf girl, a lesbian who self harms, and a drag queen. I doubt the reliablity, as a deaf person would not be able to fit in at all with it-when would they know that they're being called to the diary room?

Wacky pals for Big Brother 8
TWENTY potential housemates include the most outrageous ever picked, claim BB bosses.

There’s a butch lesbian who allegedly self-harms and boozes, a professional drag queen, the show’s first deaf girl and a gay muscleman described as “sex mad”.

There is a deaf girl in BB Germany 7 now but I don't know how does it work with her...

There's ALWAYS someone who likes to indulge in a wee bit of gender-bending, there's ALWAYS someone who fancies the same sex, as for self-harmers and deaf people, well it has to be just that little more controversial every time, doesn't it?

I really doubt this, i doubt this is true. How would a deaf girl know when she is being called to the diary room.

Why not have a deaf housem8? surley they could be had for discrimination if they turned her down on grounds of being deaf

I like the sound of the drag queen just because they will inject some colour and fun into the house & I can imagine being quite entertaining to watch. The deaf girl sounds interesting but I think she could be quite dull.

A lesbien who self harms like they would put her in a house after contreversy of CBB5 + BB7 and a deaf person it wouldn't work how would she know what Big Brother was saying.

This article sounds like it should be in the Daily Star!

Bloody hell, that's scary. I personally know a drag queen, and a lesbian that used to self harm - and they've both auditioned for big brother this year! Dunno how far they got, though - I'm rather worried... :laugh2:

i love the sound of a person who self harms themselves because its a serious issue today and one which i feel should be brought to the fore..... off hand i know about 15 mates who self harm.... but its an issue thats never really talked about. im all for a deaf person going in and the drag queen sounds cool too.....

i hope theese rumors are true! only two hours forty minutes till we know for sure!

For people who self-harm though, I hope no HMs are too unstable to be on the show, because that's just uncomfortable to watch for me. They should seek the counselling etc. first, but I'm guessing this has all been thought about anyway.

Calm down. I'm sure she didn't mean it in an offensive way.
