Both had great early seasons and went downhill around season 4. But probably The Vampire Diaries in its peak.

Vampire Diaries at its peak (Seasons 1-3), although Teen Wolf as a whole series (Stiles is great).

I think he's one of my least favourite TV characters ever. Though as time went on I grew to dislike pretty much the entire main group :laugh:
