To think of a couple:

Black Mirror has a handful but the ones I would name are the ending to 'White Bear' and the reveal of what she's actually being punished for... and also the ending to 'Black Museum' because although it was a similar theme, the entire episode was so visceral and heartbreaking and full of emotional torture. The scene especially with the hologram of the inmate (trying not to spoil it) being introduced before his catatonic state was just... :(

In Orange is the New Black they usually keep it pretty light but the end of season...4 I think it was? With Poussey dying and the entire prison being thrown into a riot particularly got me choked up and forced the actors into some real drama (the show is usually very comedy-heavy so it's nice for the darker and realer moments to crop up).

Game of Thrones obviously throws up a whole bunch of awe-inspiring moments but the one I would pick is probably the scene where Ramsay Bolton throws his father's wife and newborn son to the dogs.

And on a lighter note I was visibly *shook* at Bendelacreme self-eliminating on Drag Race I'm bored of writing now bye

I don't harrow easily but there's an episode of Nip/Tuck where they're operating on someone's eyeballs and NOPE. The only time I can think of when I literally couldn't look at the screen. Ffs.
