Yeah I would say so. I really liked it, the 3D was really good and the scenes on the island were amazing. When you see it wait for the part when the cargo ship drives away, I cried.

No no, the second half is good too but without giving much away it just gets more sinister, quite horror movie-esque.

Enjoy!

The 3D is gorgeous. Watch out for the boat scene with the brachiosaurus. :bawling:

the only part of the storyline I don't know if I liked is the fact the granddaughter is a clone of his daughter and the fact the Indoraptor is a trained dinosaur who acts on the command of a red spot light basically. I mean we can train dogs to do it so it isn't too crazy but it's a bit of a leap from Blue being simply unwilling to kill her old handler.

I loved the main plot of Claire trying to save the dinosaurs on Isla Nublar though and the scenes on the island were amazing and thrilling but so sad too. The intro scenes were edge of your seat too so I felt quite involved early on.

It definately leaves the series open for another sequel.

Really enjoyed it. Yes there was a few scenes that were upsetting but overall enjoyed it.

The cgi is great in it. Though I think they used puppets too right?

Ugh the dock scene :bawling: sis did NOT deserve that

I really enjoyed it, I would have liked it if one of the “good guys” died, maybe the Asian lady or screaming man, it would have just added a bit more realism to the film (lol realism in a film about dinosaurs). I LOVED all the refrences to the original film too, it was a nice touch

So sad isn't it, I wasn't prepared to get upset at a Jurassic Park movie and nobody believed me how sad it was until they've started seeing it

Saw this on Saturday and really enjoyed it, but I have to agree with Amy. That scene with the lone Brachiosaurus is heartbreaking. I haven't felt that sad about a movie since Marley died.

What did everyone think of the Indoraptor? I expected more after the Indominus Rex in the last movie, but this new killing machine felt like a step backwards. It really didn't scare me at all...whereas this did....

All in all Fallen Kingdom certainly has it's flaws, but it's a great addition to the franchise.

8/10

I really enjoyed the film and I saw it in 3D but I thought the 3D was a bit pointless in it which was disappointing. Good movie though, better than the last one I thought

I enjoyed it for an action blockbuster - not exactly a "thinker" but a lot of fun. My only real gripe is that the "clone" storyline went absolutely nowhere and so in the end was pretty pointless. They built up there being this secret, then it was revealed, and the little girl was like "omg" for a second and that was it . Unless they make more of the cloning aspect in the next film... if not it just seems like it added nothing at all to the film (she could just have been his actual granddaughter and it would have been the same film).

Yes, I don't understand why they went there with that either. It was all rather pointless and added nothing to the film.

Maybe they will use it more in the next film although they already have plenty of material now the Dinosaurs are loose in the real world. Either way it was a bit pointless but not annoyingly so either imo you're just kind of like "oh ok, wasn't expecting that"

Finally got to see this tonight

I absolutely adored every inch of it and didn't want it to end it felt too short I could have easily had another half an hour more

I honestly loved it is felt disappointed by the last one but this one is my 2nd favourite after the original jurassic park which will always be my number one favourite film and can't be beaten but this sure came close

Only problem for me was not quite enough time spent on isla nublar and too much time spent in the big fancy house

And the Young girl...not sure if that added much
