Following on from the other thread, I knew I'd seen "tea" for this being in the works and apparently it airs before Season 11 :worry: they're really killing this. Filming starts immediately after S11 finishes filming (July 4).

There's also tea that the entire AS4 cast make an appearance in an episode of S11, for a challenge, but idk how that would work / what it would involve (perhaps just a photo shoot).

I want to keep this thread spoiler-free but at the same time its entire purpose is to find out who is cast :joker: so I'll rephrase: I want to keep it spoiler-free in terms of who's eliminated when, who wins how many challenges, who makes it to the final/wins, etc.

Stuff I've randomly pulled from the Drag Race Spoilers subreddit :ninja2:

Willam has hinted that Naomi Smalls has been cast.

Shea has reportedly turned the offer down, whilst Valentina has accepted it.

They've asked AS1 queens to return, and apparently even an AS3 queen :omgno:. Some say it was Aja, and she turned them down. I can't for the life of me imagine this being a genuine truth though :joker:

Of the AS1 queens, there seems to be a LOT of buzz and "confirmation" that one who's agreed to appear is Latrice :worship:

Some who've reportedly turned them down: Max, Courtney Act

To summarise, though, everything in this spoiler should be taken with a pinch of salt as it hasn't even begun filming yet :laugh:

I've heard quite a bit, from the top of my head I remember seeing that it was beginning to be filmed in the next week or two, but won't feature S11 Queens UNLESS one of the AS4 lineup has to pull out early in which case a S11 queen will feature as replacement. Gonna leave out S10 queens for now because I don't want another Aja situation - someone who could feasibly win still not being rounded enough by experience of "how to win Drag Race".

My dream list - naming 12 because I can:
- Jessica Wild (season 2) - She was robbed of the first Miss Congeniality so she can have a chance at winning a whole new generation of hearts instead.
- Mariah Balenciaga (season 3) - The only ever Ball queen on the show, she deserves to make it based on the fact Drag Race has pilfered a ton of Ball references alone.
- Lineysha Sparx (season 5) - I know her language barrier would be a major problem but she served LOOKS.
- Darienne Lake (season 6) - naturally funny, killer makeup, deserves redemption
- April Carrion (season 6) - eliminated way too soon in a overpowered season, I think she could've made the top half of another one. Seems a lot smarter now, too.
- Jasmine Masters (season 7) - the meme QUEEN. I don't know if I buy the "burned her bridges" concerns that everyone writes her off with... she's had her messy videos but she's now working with WOW and is just genuinely a stellar personality and needs more representation
- Acid Betty (season 8) - more than just a look queen, she was 'top' for all but 1 challenge, and robbed of a win in the Money Ball look :eyes:
- Robbie Turner (season 8) - I know given recent events this is a non-starter but I loved her dryness and she was good at many challenges. Could be a good villain.
- Trinity Taylor (season 9) - the perfect competitor, will fight dirty and is naturally funny and talented. I can't ever see her winning but she'll always go far and steal scenes (a la Detox)
- Valentina (season 9) - look, I don't buy the hype with her and she isn't the greatest queen ever, but I'm sure even with the limited time since her season, she's probably amped her game up and could kill it. Or she could flop hard. I'm content either way!
- Yara Sofia (All Stars 1) - if there's an AS1 returnee then I have two choices. My first is Yara. I'm torn between her and Alexis for this slot because I think Alexis has a better understanding of the show's humour, and more "catchphrases"/milkable content... but Yara just has this stage presence and creativity that's almost unrivalled across all seasons.
- Latrice Royale (All Stars 1) - I know there's loads of AS1 queens to clamor for and see again... Manila, Tammie, Raven, Mimi, Nina, Pandora... but it's been too long without the original fan favourite.

I've gone for a couple of wildcards that I don't know if they have much chance of being cast... but I want some surprises! It's all very easy being thrown Shea and Peppermint and Trinity and Valentina and Naomi and Pearl but... someone unexpected that doesn't get shafted at the first opportunity like Morgan.

I've left out Willam because honestly I don't think it'd be in her interests to return to the show that she's spent so long slagging off, now. I think it'd be an immediate setup for her to fail. I've also left out Courtney Act because the bridges there also seem burned, and her confidence doesn't mesh well with Drag Race's need for you to be a vulnerable and malleable victim. And finally I've left out Stacy Layne Matthews because whilst I love her, I don't think she has the wits about her to really be a contender and I don't want her hero status tainted by an early elimination :( but ugh I want her on the show in some form. Give her a judges' slot. And as much as I adore Nina Bo'Nina Brown, I still think she's not... ready for it. And didn't include Shea because she doesn't seem to want to do it.

They shouldn't do an all winners season unless they can convince all the winners to come back, it'll just seem incomplete if it's a bunch of winners and a bunch of runner ups. The only exception I'd make is for Tyra tbh, she can stay away.

Yep and I think from now on the All Star seasons are gonna consist of mostly VH1 queens tbh, and the VH1 casts have been pretty strong

Poor Farrah and Naomi only being cast to be obvious first boots. I reckon Gia will probably go far to make up for Ru's comments. I can see her being 'Bebe'd' at points (delivers a safe/meh performance and gets highly praised for it and coasts through most of the competition). I don't think she'll get to the final four though.

I hope Monique's got the coins to do well this time, I think it might have been too soon for her to come back but I hope i'm wrong.

From the confirmed list, I'd definitely say that the frontrunners are Trinity and Manila. I think Valentina will get the Milk treatment, Monet will go down somewhere in the middle and Farrah, Monique (:worry:) and Naomi will be early boots with Latrice not far behind them, sadly.

If Shea's in it then she'll be top four at least I expect. Jasmine would be an early boot, Joslyn and Kim Chi would make it mid way unless there's a lot of look challenges that would benefit Kim.

It seems Willam is eager to further blacklist herself, since she's been spilling this one particular spoiler all over social media & her own videos :eyes: Major elimination spoiler, obviously.

Valentina lands in the bottom two one episode, and both winning queens choose to eliminate her. RuPaul apparently intervenes and saves her: whether this is directly overruling the girls, or just deciding that 'neither queen won that lipsync', I don't know....

I'd say this season will probably be Manila's to lose. I don't think Latrice will get further than the midway point if she can't lipsync for her life sadly </3. Valentina strikes me as someone who will be a shock elimination, it'll be either her or Trinity I think.

Jasmine and Monique will probably be early boots </3 Here for producer shenanigans if it means keeping Monique around for a while.

I think Gia will make it a few weeks before being given the boot although I reckon she'll flop through most of her weeks and be kept around for a while due to Ru's comments on trans contestants.

Farrah's an unknown quality, I could see her potentially being the Aja of this season in that she comes on leaps and bounds from her last appearance but I don't know.

I do wish they'd done another VH1 special reveal like they did with AS3, that one-off episode was great (random inclusion of Chaka Khan aside, but even then she was a darling). The Trixie/Detox/Katya thing was cute but should've been done in a much better way because all they really did was rehash the same catchphrases we've heard 100 times before and listen to how much Trixie likes Kim Chi. Saying season 8 was "between her and Bob" :hehe: girl Kim was barely there.

They've done these before and they're really, really enjoyable, so I would definitely recommend it to people who haven't watched the ones with the AS2 and AS3 casts. As much as I love Latrice. I was hoping they'd bring her back for an all miss congeniality/fan favourite season with Nina Flowers, Pandora Boxx, Yara Sofia, Ivy Winters, Bendelacreme, Katya, Cynthia, Valentina and Monet X Change.

Jasmine, Farrah and Gia scream filler. At the rate the show is going, everyone will be back at least once more and every time the All Star tag diminishes. It should've been saved for Top 4 queens and Miss Congeniality's IMO.

However it is what it is at this point. Hope to see Acid Betty in AS5, to add a different flavour.

As for AS4. My chunky and funky goddess is my favourite, she won't win because choices. Plus they have the narrative of the older queens being largely forgotten as the seasons roll out. Especially by the younger contestants (see Morgan and Tatiana). I doubt they'll like it when they're considered the oldies!

I don’t think the ‘talent’ really shone in this ep as much as it should have - the talent show’s getting to the point I think where we’ve seen it all done before. The talent show was ****ing horrific. Nobody’s routine interested me besides Monique’s, it paled in comparison to AS2 and AS3s talent shows. Naomi being top with THAT just proved how crap it truly was.

I didn’t mind the opening episode, but I was just left wanting more. It fell quite flat besides THE Monique’s gorgeous confessional segments. I hope it manages to pick itself back up because that was probably the weakest opening to a season since S7 tbqh.

This was the first time I've seen Monique and Monet (aside from a few clips on YouTube) and if they're representing season 10 then colour me unimpressed.

Monique and Monet were some of my favourites in 10, but I wasn't impressed last night. Monet's entrance look was basic, and they're both still milking their sponge look/brown cow stunning, which I hope will go away as of next episode it's getting boring.

I love them though so I hope they go far.

Maybe instead of all stars they should do a Rudemption season (with first/early eliminates instead, that way they can do two seasons a year but not use up all the talent as quickly
