Avatars

I know that I ALWAYS ask this but ....

How do I choose and get myself a new avatar or pics on my threads?? I have had this pic (a young Frank Lampard) for ages now and it's time for a change!

when your logged in at the top right go to controlpanel/options and go on edit profile, go down to the bottom to the avatar settings and press browse if its one from your computer or if its on photobucket.com or imageshack.us or any other image loading website get the code and put into the box that says avatar url

If you go into your control panel and click on edit profile, at the bottom of that there's a bit where you can either upload an avatar from a picture already saved on your pc.
