true, i'm a vegetarian but i'm not a complete vegan, vegans for me that is a bit too radical, i easily lose weight, when i don't eat proper portions of food


i just don't eat meat, that's all, so i still eat fish, but also eggs and when my family has meat i use cheese as a replacement

it's just fish have lived at least a better life, than most farm animals here in holland, who are not allowed to go outside and have to spend whole days next to each other, unable to really move a lot

i find that sad, i get tears in my eyes how most of our farms are treating their animals
