Lingard doesn't want to start against Panama/Belgium it seems
Lingard should have had two already. We're creating good chances, but you have to take them at this level.
Ashley young should be off...dirty elbowing bstard.

That's why you need to take your chances when you get them.
Denver
18-06-2018, 06:35 PM
That's what happens when they think 1-0 the games won

England is going to have a hard time in this tournament if even Tunisia is giving them trouble.

Just popped to the Tesco for some bread and milk. Passed the local pub and they all went mental when Kane scored the Winner.

Should have been way more comfortable with the missed chances. Will take it though.
England is going to have a hard time in this tournament if everything Tunisia is giving them trouble.
Africas top team with a tight defence...you did well.
England is going to have a hard time in this tournament if everything Tunisia is giving them trouble. They didn't give us trouble. They got a debatable penalty and apart from that, our keeper didn't have a save to make all game. We battered them, and with better finishing, could have scored five or six.

Isn´t England´s problem always... lots of shots, very bad finishing.

Anyway congrats to England for the win. Now you only need to beat Panama to get through and that shouldn´t be too hard... shouldn´t it?

We punched above my expectations there as Tunisia have been playing well leading into the World Cup, and this isn't exactly a fantastic England team so I'm pleased with the start.
I also felt that England was actually trying to win the game for a change rather than throwing it.

Putin must've been paying him nicely to not “spot” the rugby tackles that was made against Harry Kane, but spot a soft foul that Kyle Walker made on the Tunisia player.
To answer your question, yes he was trash.

England performance reminded me of France against Australia - an ungreat performance, but got a win.
I'm afraid I had to turn off the BBC panel - they were all drinking the England Kool Aid.
Oh the panel, they looked rushed at the end.
I thought england looked really lethargic, southall looked the most nervous though during the game..im guessing he is now more happier than the players....or you would like to think that anyway.

It's one that we can keep plugging throughout the World Cup as I'm sure there'll be more unique England moments.:joker:
Love it
That game had it all - the initial hope, the frustration of the wasted chances, the **** officiating, the feeling of deja vu and despair and then the last minute glory and justice

Yes he was...he was right there when Harry Kane got pulled to the ground. It was more blatent than the one given against England...and it happened not once but twice :nono:

Also the fact he blatantly ignored the 10 yard rule during that free kick

Yeah referees have been pretty good so far but the one from last night was awful
England performance reminded me of France against Australia - an ungreat performance, but got a win.
I'm afraid I had to turn off the BBC panel - they were all drinking the England Kool Aid.
The bbc panel were just awful
and as to the refereeing being bad, it was no better nor worse than on any other game played this world cup
