I have a warning but all the abuse of insults and belittling I have gotten, have they been banned or even giving warnings? How many times do I need to report it before something is done!

It would be easier if you provide an example and mods would be able to tell you if such things are a breach of the forum rules.

However if you've received infractions for any arguments you've had, chances are the other party did too.

I actually have no beef with you at all James, we got on well when we played a forum game together and I don't want to start trouble with you at all.

Having said that I feel you do tend to start an argument and then play the victim a fair bit so perhaps that has been noted by whoever dealt with your report? I am not having a go at you, perhaps you do it unintentionally.
