The show's dated quite badly but, at the time, Louise was a hoot.

They should have ended it when Ralph Little quit because killing off Johnny destroyed the show

To me, the characters are Donna and Gaz, their friend Tim from the pub, his sister Cassie, and Gaz's former carer Billy. Series 9 was the first I watched, and I loved it. When it looped back round to the beginning I was waiting for the "real" characters to come back :hehe:

Now I see the original cast (+Munch) is the best, but I also maintain that S9 is as good as all the pre-Johnny death episodes.

Oh, I dunno. The "current" references, sure, but people like that still exist, and there's not any instances I can think of which would be averted/cancelled out by them having social media, they all had mobiles from the beginning.
