Do you have / have you ever had any reocurring dreams or nightmares?

I never had one in my whole life unti now, I keep having this horrific dream about discovering a puppy farm with awful conditions on a street and trying to rescue the dogs, but some of them are always dead! :( I hate it, I've had it on and off for about a month!

My reoccurring dreams stopped when I was about 12, now I just get ones that are stuck in my head the entire night, no matter how much I wake up. They continue when I'm awake too.

It's usually really random stuff as well - the other week (on BB20 cast Reveal day) I kept waking up in the night but knowing that whilst I was asleep I had been interviewing the BB20 cast in my dreams and it was annoying me because it was all night along and continuing when I was awake and aware.

Hi Greg. I've read a lot on dream analysis in the past and dreams are basically your subconscious mind being aware of something your conscious mind isn't - dreams are, in other words messages from your subconscious mind, and recurring dreams are the most important because the message is so significant.

Presuming you are an animal lover, an interpretation of your dream is that someone or something is threatening someone or something that is extremely important to you, or maybe even you. In this case, your subconscious mind is telling you to be alert to this in your waking life so that you can do something about it before it is too late.

Another interpretation is that you are taking too much responsibility for something and putting too much pressure on yourself to resolve an issue or situation that you need to accept you can't do alone. Therefore, your subconscious mind is telling you to reach out for support or help and not to be so hard on yourself.

I don't know whether any of that strikes a chord with you!? When you work out what your recurring dream means, it will stop.
