I just can't wait until BB8 launches on Channel 4 this summer, as I have high hopes; just little feeling tells me this series will be awesome or have big changes.
So, to get all the hype and gossip in, a countdown is need. But, we need to know when it will start though. Any suggestions?

Well, I have just emailed Endemol UK to ask when Channel 4 will air BB8. So I am waiting...

But these are the dates and weeks when other series launched:

BB1 - Friday 14th July (2nd week)
BB2 - Friday 25th May (Ultimate week)
BB3 - Friday 24th May (Penultimate week)
BB4 - Friday 23rd May (Penultimate week)
BB5 - Friday 28th May (Ultimate week)
BB6 - Friday 27th May (Ultimate week)
BB7 - Thursday 18th May (Penultimate week)

But I think BB8 will start on Thursday/Friday 25th May. Hopefully it will start at 8.30pm like BB4!

The sponsor of Big Brother 8 still hasn't been confirmed, and the phone comapny Orange has declined the offer after the majority of its employees didn't agree with this offer.
But Phones4U, Lynx and Toyota are still interesting, but I hope Phones4U hets the big deal.

52 Days To Go!

I just can't wait. I want it to happen this Friday, with BB8 being the best BB EVER. Also, the first Big Brother I watched was also BB3.
Also, when I said "BB is criticise every year", I said that because something of the stuff that you said was pretty vague. BB3 was criticised a lot because lots of alcohol, but it was the most watched BB of all time with almost 6 million.
Also, when I said "bickering", that doesn't mean it is discussion. And, I never said that you weren't allowed to discuss past BBs here either.

Do you think BB8 should return to its 10pm slot? I think it should, because there is less competetion from other channels, which have other good programmes at 9pm. But 30 minutes was too short, but 1 hour was too long, so maybe 45-50 minute highlights.

Also, does anyone know where I can download BB3 adverts and remember what they looked like?

Same, my half term during the summer term will be on Friday 25th May. It would be a great way to introduce BB, because then I get to stay up later and watch the live feed, so I get full first impressions of the housemates. This is just like CBB5, when I had 1 week of CBB without school.

We think it will start on Friday 25th May, so we have to wait for just 64 days, which is exactly 9 weeks. This is the same amount of time as BB1, BB2, BB3 and BB4. Plus, weeks go fast during school so it will go very fast.

Is anyone as enthusiastic about BB8 than any other Big Brother? I started watching BB in 2002, and I didn't know what to expect. But I was hooked from the very start, so I couldn't wait for BB4. BB4 was OK, but not as good as BB3, so I wasn't excited about BB5. But the evil theme and those adverts drove me mad with positive feeling.
I didn't even know BB6 was on until about Week 5 or Week 6, so that is when BB just got killed for me. BB7 did better, but I want more. But still don't know if I can trust the producers after January's fiasco.
