Well given people tend not top believe women when they say whats happened to them...or will minimize it or make a joke of it, so this doesn't surprise me one bit. I mean, even in rape trials with obvious ****ing injuries the rapists are let off so...yeah. Nice idea, but pointless.

Misogyny usually applies to stupid attitudes or words, not violence. If someone physically attacks a woman, they're committing GBH/domestic violence. Hate crimes are usually enacting violence on someone because of their identity. So how can stupid attitudes or words be compared to violence?

Well I always say the police aren’t busy enough as it is trying to solve real crimes and disperse protesters.Give em some more work :laugh:

Seriously though.If misogyny becomes a ‘hate crime’ then that’s a craptonne more people phoning the police over trivial crap that gets nowhere.Then they have to make misandry a ‘hate crime’ too so there’s another load of menial bollox for them to fill out forms for.
All while getting numbers of officers cut and less of them to tackle it.
