They've never not leaked their work, they just want it out there as soon as possible. And they have the fan base that will still buy the album anyway.

My mistake, that's my crappy autocorrect changing 'was' to 'wasnt' as it often does.

I get where you're coming from with the bolder part, but I think one of the crucial things with twenty one pilots are the lyrics as it sounds really what sets them apart from the crowd. Personally though I Loved then 'Melody' for Jumpsuit and I think the use of bass was excellent.

For Blurryface, they released an 5 song EP called ‘The Mutemath Sessions’ where they remixed 5 Blurryface Era Songs with band and close friends Mutemath.

Tonight, at midnight, a new release is coming titled ‘The Location Sessions’ with lead single Chlorine (Mexico City). Definitley. Neon Gravestones from the new album is such an important song (I say song, but it’s more of a spoken word piece) and he just talks openly about celebrity suicide culture and how we as humans treat mental health in the media completely wrong. And it basically ends with him saying if he kills himself, he needs us to stop mourning and move on to help the next person who needs it. A song the world needs to hear right now.

He actually performed it in the Radio 1 Live Lounge but they never put it on air which I think tells us enough about how ignorant we can be about these issues.

I’m warming to the ones that benefit the actual song (like Ode to Sleep) and fit the tone but Lovely and Trees are a damn mess :skull:

They actually use the RAB Trees backing for the live shows now :skull: they’re better live because you don’t notice them, and they’ve turned joshs backing vocal right up :laugh:

I listened to Vessel before RAB so yeah it's kinda hard to get into when you have the more "polished" version of most of the songs, but agree Ode to Sleep snaps. Kitchen Sink is a good one to go back to as well.

Same. For a lot of the songs, nothing really changes I noticed.

And the unreleased tracks (Slowtown, Anathema, Ruby, Be Concerned and Clear are great too. There’s rumours of them being remastered and rereleased late 2019 as it’s the 10 year anniversary, but I’m not sure.

Tyler dissed the whole album about a month back, said ‘it’s not an album it’s a glorified mixtape’ and then basically told us to stop asking for a rerelease :laugh:
