I try doing home workouts and I am meant to do like 3 sets but I can only manage two then cannot be bothered leaving days in between. I don't really have goals just wanna be toned. Do you workout?

Honestly I had to run / fast jog about 10 yards for the bus yesterday and I was gasping by the time I sat down

I do toning exercises - either legs, arms or abs in a morning at 6am then a cardio workout at night. I hate it but the older I get the harder I have to work to not sit and consume my body weight in crisps every night :laugh:

Yeah but I do in phases and I haven't in over a month (aside from going to play basketball twice in the past few weeks).
Nothing like I used to especially like 5+ years ago. I need to get back into playing basketball at least simply because it's so much fun.

I do again now,I gave it up while I was pregnant and just after but just started again, it's worth the effort I think.

Yeah I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and swim most times I go too
Must be about five years since I stepped foot in a gym
I go through phases of running though but if I don't have a specific run in sight to train for then I struggle for motivation. Otherwise my only exercise is five a side football and village cricket but then that's normally played by fat blokes who've had 4 pints before play

Every few months I try doing home workouts and it's been a while now, so I think I should get back to it.
Basically I have a free gym at work and I did try it, but it felt quite intimidating walking around all these people who know what they're doing and are muscle monsters. I gave up on it quite quickly.

I have 2 10kg kettlebells in my office and everytime someone on Tibb says something stupid i start lifting and swinging for 20

I have a cross trainer, I try to do half an hour on it per day, but I only get round to it four or five days a week. But as far as I know it's not recommended to to do it every day anyway, so I'm fine with that.
I also planned to do twenty sit ups, press ups, and squats each day before and after bed. That ... hasn't happened.

there is no such thing as toned
you can either build muscle if you are a man and to a much lesser degree a woman and or you can drop body fat
A young lad like you should be lifting heavy weights 2wice a week
