They lost to Belgium 2twice and Croatia once the only 2 decent teams they played

in these 3 games Kane, the captain did not score and they did not even score a goal from open play

no it was forbidden to go to Russia for people in the UK during world cup, that also explained why theresa may or any of the british royalty went to england's matches
