I really like James Martin but he is swiftly turning into a tv advert for diabetes, he loves his butter etc and the amounts he uses is scarily unhealthy and his appearance is really showing it imo [emoji23]You don't get diabetes from butter... You get diabetes from high non-natural sugar content (sweets, but the worst offender is sugary drinks) and too many refined carbs (bread, pasta) that cause havok with blood sugar levels.

Unless you have an allergy / intolerance, good quality full-fat dairy is good for you :hee:.

I can cook most main dishes quite well but not great on cakes, pastries breads etc. I reckon its my oven. I've got an old gas oven and need to upgrade to a newer electric or fan oven :hee:
