Divine! Somewhere does these amazing bacon and maple syrup sausages and they're amazing - but I'll usually stick to a normal pork sausage.

I dont think there are many good ones in the supermarkets. You need to go to a trusted butcher but Waitrose kill all other Supermarket sausages IMO

I prefer Cumberland to Lincolnshire too but in terms of manufacturer I always make a special trip to get my waitrose sausages.

Can't beat a big juicy sausage.
I prefer them cold, only like the really meaty ones though, none of that prepacked rubbish.

I have been looking for tasty oven sausages for some time and yet to find them. Are the Waitrose ones oven sausages and are they worth trying?

Yeah they can be done in the oven. They're a bit expensive but I reckon you can only get better from a butcher. Best in Supermarket by miles, for me.

My local butcher makes his own Pork, Beef, and Tomato sausages in the traditional way and I love them.
