England rugby player Ben Foden cheated on wife Una with a 26-year-old PR girl, it has been revealed.

It comes after reports the couple split when Saturdays singer Una Healy, 36, became suspicious of her 33-year-old husband and asked him to come clean.

The former Northampton Saints star - who is set to play for Rugby United New York - is said to have romped with Becky Milne until 4am after a 'very drunken party', according to The Sun.

A source close to Milne, who lives in Northampton, told the Sun: 'Becky told a friend about her fling with Ben. She swore her friends to secrecy but the news slipped out and Una found out all about it.'

They continued: 'Apparently, Una read all of Becky's and Ben's messages.'

Una is then thought to have dumped Ben and called off their impending move to the US with daughter Aoife, 6, and son Tadhg, 3.

It is thought Ben will still move to New York.

They tied the knot in 2012 following four years of dating.

Milne, who lives in a £350,000 four-bed house and drives a £30,000 Range Rover Evoque, said: 'Ben has been friends with me for years, so I'm fully aware of what's going on. I'm aware that Una is making a statement, I spoke to her last week.'

Her father runs a PR agency.

Ben recently signed for Rugby United New York and was days away from moving Stateside with Una and their children.

However, it appeared that the Irish beauty needed to clear the air over suspicions over cheating and confronted him before the big move.

A source told the publication: 'Everyone was looking forward to the move but Una had become suspicious about Ben's behaviour. Then this week enough was enough and she just confronted him.'

'She has now decided it's over. She's utterly heartbroken and devastated, but she's very traditional in her outlook.'

'She thought their marriage would be forever, but can't see a future for them any more.'

The publication also goes on to state that Una and her two young children have moved in with her mother in her hometown of Thurles.

Ben, meanwhile, is reportedly still hoping to travel to New York for the exciting rugby opportunity.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Una and Ben for further comment.
