can admin look at the title change thing where you can't edit a thread title after a year, it's so annoying and nobody ever replies in that thread

This would be pretty useful for TV shows and Sports threads that are annually producing new content every year. Haven't been able to update the Athletics thread title with upcoming championship dates or put when new seasons of existing TV shows are starting etc.
