Can someone help me because I have only just come back to this forum and cant remember how to put a banner on my profile please help LOL

Well, first upload your banner onto Imageshack, then copy the 'Hotlink to Forum'

Then go to Edit Profile (top right hand corner), and put the code into Signature.
