It seemed like she was saying as a woman... Yes, I know she changed the phrasing to something slightly differently, as she started to say when a girl likes someone and then swapped it... probably because she maybe knew what she was saying could be problematic (womansplaining to a transgender)... I think her point was about to be that women can pick up those things in other women, etc... thereby inferring indirectly that India is not actually a woman and so wouldn't be able to acknowledge this difference. Her phrasing was a bit weird in the end, that's how I interpretted it.
