I don't know the full ingredients for this product... but based on the front packaging, they have a point. The flavouring sounds Mexican at best... there is no chili in jerk seasoning recipes traditionally. There are specific types of hot peppers and such. So I do see why the question is asked... do you even know what jerk chicken is :think:

I think Jamie is getting carried away with the whole Caribbean theme , he knows it's a popular brand and it will gain him publicity and make money .

The mistake he's made is putting JERK as the label, it's not Jerk rice atall :facepalm: . He's false advertising so understandably people are irritated with him . There's nothing wrong with him doing Caribbean food , Levi Roots even taught him some Jamaican cooking .

But The ingredients Jamie has used DOES sound more like a Mexican theme :rolleyes:, i think he should of just named it something else and put his own label on it rather that taking Jerk which clearly he's clueless about, the seasoning & ingredients are not authentic to what he's supposedly portraying .

He should of named it something like 'Jamie's exotic rice' or 'spice cuisine' , his name is famous enough so why not use that . Nothing wrong with having Caribbean inspired food but what he's dong IS misleading . it's just an instant rice with some spices :joker: .
