Lego Plastic Wall

sorry if this is slightly off-topic...

but as I was watching the CBB housemates building the Lego Wall
my mind wondered to the topic of plastic recycling.

Only a few types of plastic can be recycled and the rest go to landfill and
I was wondering if instead the plastics can be melted down into Lego style
bricks and then sold off (Lego is still very popular). The funds receive could then be invested into recycling projects.

i often wonder if plastic can somehow be recycled into clean fuel or energy

They melted Micheal Jackson down in to LEGO after he died... So that little kids could play with him... I can’t see why doing it with regular plastic wouldn’t work as well...
