I got mixed feelings:

We all enjoy a good BB row;

But Natalie did get too personal, which was a bit uncomfortable to watch at times.

And then, when she was in a positive mood, she brought a load of fun and good energy.


Ultimately?

We don't want celebrity role models promoting spiteful behaviour as a good thing.

People who act like Natalie give good drama, but it's kinda important that decent behaviour wins in the end.
