A man was stabbed this evening as crowds dispersed from the second day of London's Notting Hill Carnival
Police made nearly 400 arrests over weekend, compared to 313 last year, and seized around 70 weapons
Comes as Iain Duncan Smith demanded police should dramatically increase the use of stop and search to combat spiralling gang crime in the capital
