She had a point though, her unconcious in a duffle bag being moved about, or dragged and bumped n bundled into a car boot..surely chloes response of "yeah the cuffs were tight" needs further examinationm:shrug:

I have watched a few clips now of Chloe retelling her horrific kidnapping story and it always sounds scripted .

Dr Phil also had her on the ropes with his straight talking honesty by asking her important information . But he wasn't bells & whistles arrogance like Piers Morgan :bored:.

People who aren't privvy to all the evidence and testimony present at the trial that imprisoned her abductor obviously know more than the ones who were there and gave out the verdict.

He was given an extraordinary short sentence so there must be something to it.

For that crime in an italian court...yes, it is a very short sentence.

It's quite long from what I've seen. A parent kidnapping their child comes with a 1-3 year recommended sentence in Italy. A case in which CIA operatives kidnapped a terror suspect resulted in those operatives getting 8 year sentences.

Considering one of those examples features children and the other espionage, both are light sentences in comparison to this apparently 'short' sentence.

Not really, none of those 2 examples risked the kidnapee dying.

An assumption without merit.

The child kidnap sentencing is a general example so you can't say every child kidnapped by their parents are safe nor can you guarantee that the terror suspect would have been safe had the kidnapping gone according to plan.

No, but i can see from the sentemcing that nobodies life was put at risk....unlike chloes who was tranquelised with ketamine and shoved unconcious into a dufflebag...
