Why is Ben getting less flack for pursuing Roxanne than Chloe got for Jermaine?

At least with Chloe she didn't actually know the relationship status of Jermaine as he wouldn't tell her. Roxanne has made it clear to everyone in the house that she's engaged and loves her partner, yet Ben keeps trying to force something with her and asking her questions almost to try and change her mind :conf:

Look at the start of tonight's preview... it's totally unacceptable and not fair to put Roxanne in a position like that.

I've always complained about this and called Ben a creeper for it but the main two reasons he's getting away with this ****e is 1) Roxanne is more childish than Chloe so it looks like it affects her less and 2) Ben is portraying it as mischievous and light-hearted so it doesn't look awful on his part even as he gropes and caresses her while she claims to be engaged :umm2:

To be fair, in the same vein that I don't think Chloe was doing anything wrong, I don't think he was either

But telling her he loves her and suggesting it's reciprocated is a step too far, that puts her in a really uncomfortable position
