It looked like a scene from a soap...the camera angle and the way she stopped and stood there and run off.
Clearly she has morphed into her TV character....and Jason Grimshaw joined the set..which is why she had to chat with production..:dance:
Its all making sense now..

Tbh... this is exactly why they can't afford to have the housemates hear chanting. Nobody would have any idea what the public thinks and Roxanne would still probably think she has the public on side.
Epic.

Nick: In my opinion you need to do the right thing.
Roxanne: *I* need to do the right thing?
Nick: Yeah
Roxanne: Which is what?
Nick: Tell the truth

Kirstie, Hardeep and Nick totally my house favourites.

Jeremy's ejection in overnights- 2.25m at 10pm
Officials were 2.84m.
The next Saturday climbed to a huge 2.56m which i believe was the first full of of Katie Price being in there.
Officials were 3.00m for that.
Then the day after that overnights were 3.22m... 3.71m officially (i believe the highest ever standard HL show im BB C5 history)

Jack nothing about what roxy done in there is back to basics.
I'm not talking about what she's done, I'm talking about how people want the situation handled
'Back to basics' entails things like a) no contact with the outside world, and therefore no chants being heard (which everyone seemed to want), and b) no production interference to manufacture drama/influence the housemates behaviour (which everyone seems to want also)
Roxanne was sealing her own fate, and her eviction was looming. Thanks to the above there's now no chance of any kind of natural, unrehearsed interview where she can be accountable for her behaviour, no chance of any more press attention, and dare I say it no more chance of the show being renewed

I wouldn't have wanted a snivelling pathetic drama production interview with Roxanne with Headmistress Emma asking easy questions because she felt sorry for her.
The questions usually hint at the truth but Emma never asks direct hard hitting straight to the point questions.
Then it all ends with a love fest on BBBOTS.
No, don't let her speak anymore, she has had her say in the Diary Room, Good Riddance.

If she went through normal eviction they would have to pay her and that doesnt seem right though, this isn’t some minor spat to be played out in tv, she is unwell , I would have loved to see how Emma handled the interview but on balance I think this is the right way, we have moved on from burning people at the stake

They're still going to pay her, she's done two weeks work and will rightly be receiving something. The point is everyone seemed to be desperate for 'back to basics' and were loving the natural drama and progression of the series, and now just cause they're obviously appalled at the way Roxanne has behaved, we're forgetting all that and reverting to type wanting external interference and influence? How fickle

There is drama and then there is trying to ruin someones life by claiming physical assault, of course we will all be glued to it tonight, it will then move on to some hms having egg on their face when they find out the truth and the dynamics will shift again

There is drama and then there is trying to ruin someones life by claiming physical assault, of course we will all be glued to it tonight, it will then move on to some hms having egg on their face when they find out the truth and the dynamics will shift again
But she hasn't ruined his life? She's ruined hers. In a weird and warped way, the fact all this has played out is a good thing. The producers dealt with it well, and did so cleverly in a way that gave her enough rope to do the rest. Not only has she exposed herself, but she's also opened the floodgates to allow people who've had prior experience with her to tell their story, almost like her own #MeToo. What's more is it's started a national (well, kind of) conversation about how these kinds of false accusations are real, and are really not okay. She will now have to face the music and realise that, and anyone else watching will see that too.
Ryan on the other hand hasn't had his life ruined, and when he emerges as the winner, a few days where he was castigated in the Big Brother house are going to be a long and distant memory. Meanwhile, the press attention will now be gone, the chance at her being held accountable will be gone, and dare I say it any chance at the contract being renewed will be gone. Who's the winner here?
This has played out on a much deeper level than it appears at face value. Unfortunately I don't think many people are capable of seeing the nuances.

On the contrary, BB have a duty of care to Ryan, Ben already said he had isolated himself from the group for 24 hours, then the footage tonight shows some Hms believing Roxanne, they have to take his mental health into account as well, I think its played out well and reached its conclusion at the right time for all involved

He knows what he signed up for, the Big Brother house isn't always the nicest place in the world, plenty of housemates have been treated worse than him and lived to tell the tale, he hasn't even been outcasted, they'd already made up, and again, in a matter of months this will all be a very distant memory

It's not on the contrary at all. We also saw that Roxanne and Ryan had made amends, so where's all this isolating coming from? They do have a duty of care towards him, and I'm confident they would have made sure he was alright - what's more is she would've been evicted on Monday, trauma over

Correct! Which is what makes this "poor traumatised Ryan" narrative even more absurd, he even said in the DR during his warning that Roxanne wouldn't have seen it as anything other than play fighting. He was just upset that he got a warning for something so trivial, which is fair enough...but hardly what it's being made out to be.

Excited for this, gonna be the last episode I'm fully invested in, although can't watch it live as I'm going out.
I'm really gonna miss this drama, it's felt like the golden days of BB with everyone talking about it and it becoming a national thing.
Also how bad is the soundproofing of the closed off stairs  Thank god evictions are normally done in the external lounge. Although tbf, back in the C4 days the crowd used weren't this caveman-like in their "Get ___ Out" chants so HMs never heard them on eviction nights really. Long gone are the days where the crowd boos/cheers the actual evictee and that's what the HMs hear. Now it's just angry chavs trying to influence the house.

But they can do that on the outside? The Big Brother house is supposed to be a bubble where they create their own narratives and storylines, and it's not always a nice place. Like I said, this is going to be a storm in a teacup for Ryan when he leaves and realises everyone was always on his side...there is no reason whatsoever for the producers to be interfering with the house dynamics, they should be left to play out naturally
