Sister Joining - Maximum Registrations

Okay, so my sister is joining TiBB after me recommending it :tongue:

That's also a warning that I'm not using two accounts because we will have the same IP address posting from different laptops.

Anyway I made this topic to ask about the maximum registrations when she's trying to create her account. For the last two days she hasn't been able to join. How come this is happening? I bet it's losing a lot of members... and it's annoying. Very annoying.
