In response to the Get Roxy out chants, I知 not one for producer meddling but in this case it was justified....just like BB putting Dan straight in the diary room which is pretty much unprecedented as BB usually reveals nothing ...

All good, and it has saved the show, cause I think Ryan may have walked if they hadnt backed him

Yes, it was right and timely.

My heart went out to him, what a sadistic bitch she is.

Big thumbs up to the producers for letting them all realise the truth.

Two days he had to endure that without knowing what the hell was going on in the outside world and getting an unfair warning, his head must have been wrecked

I hope he gets some compensation.

Oh totally Cherie no one wants to watch someone being broken by lies , i think BB actually responded really well to whats happened (which rather shocked me) I'm thinking we all have a sense of relief that Ryan has been vindicated.

My heart broke for him but sorry I still don't agree with them hearing the chants. In fact when he said 'you're cocooned in here and have no idea what's going on' it only made my stance more firm because I thought 'and rightly so'

The problem with all of this is, what's the logical conclusion here? If housemates come into the DR in future upset cause they have no idea what the public think of them or if they're hated, should they just be told? Or given a heads up? I don't agree with that at all, no contact is not supposed to be easy

BB has never revealed anything, even last night Ben was in there asking if he was being played and they revealed nothing, the situation with Ryan was unprecedented and in 20 years of BB I have never heard BB reveal anything in the DR and I doubt it will ever happen again if the programme continues

100% correct. The diary room with Dan was critical imho.

I know that but I'm referring to both people wanting the producers to show them the clip (which would vindicate him) and for him/her to hear the crowds chants

I don't agree with either. My point was that if people are glad that he's relieved he knows he's liked, and that he was struggling being cocooned, what's the logical conclusion of this? If someone else is upset in future series cause they don't know how they're being perceived, should we bring back the crowd noise full stop? Should BB start giving them regular updates just to protect them?

The no outside contact rule is supposed to be difficult, there should be no exceptions

Would rather no contact with the outside world

I think they revealed more to Dan than we saw...Dan revealed Roxy had said she felt uncomfortable being around him which is why she slept separately...that info reduced Ryan to tears at the realisation of how much she had blown up the story.
BB did right...neither did they encourage her to stay. In the end they had to show duty of care for Ryan. Can you imagine the backlash if he had left...
They had many many complaints they had to do what was right.
To have wanted that storyline to continue would have been in bad taste...and all of you drooling for more should try and put yourself in Ryan's shoes and show some humanity.

Yes you are right, Dan knew she slept in the other bedroom because she felt unsafe, also Nick said at one point, I have a question and headed to the DR ..so I think BB were putting people who asked straight

Never has a serious accusation arisen before....this went to a different level and you know it...we saw it with our own eyes.

You've forgotten Helen's slanderous remarks then?

It makes no difference what the situation was. Big Brother gave enough away to Dan to put them at ease, Ryan wasn't being isolated (so I'm waiting to know where all the claims he was earlier came from) and in just over a week he's going to emerge as the winner with everyone supporting him and this will all be a distant memory

He signed up to not know how he's being perceived, that is the point of the show. No exceptions

I'm glad he got his closure and it really helped this... situation / episode as a whole for me as a viewer as well. :clap1:

In a weird way the way it played out also helps me appreciate Roxy more than I would have if it didn't completely blow up in her face in every aspect

I could NEVER appreciate her , she's a disgusting person that almost destroyed an innocent person's life & career! . I enjoyed seeing it all backfire on her though so i understand that :hee: .

Can’t even remember what Helen said? There is a difference between making an off the cuff remark when you are annoyed by someone or during an argument, and following it up by claiming you were assaulted, feel unsafe to the point the person has to be removed and days later sticking to your story and claiming that the person is lying ....that’s the difference here
