He has every right to ! . But i don't think he will as he'll just want it behind him. But omg he'll never forget what that spiteful bitch did ! but i think he'll try and move on.

He should do.

He suffered in there badly. He had the finger pointed at him and BB did f-all to help him out.:fist:

you think? I think made it pretty clear that Roxanne was full of it, in the dr, bots, etc, repeatedly. if anything this handed him the victory and made him the hero of the show

I normally believe in forgive and forget but in this case I think Ryan needs to take her to court, otherwise he wont get 'closure' and the whole thing could turn him into a woman hater - mistrustful etc which would be such as a shame as he doesn't have a bad bone in his body and he is such a positive person that lifts other people up. He deserves justice and Roxanne needs proper lawful punishment.

He should, not just for his sake but for the countless others she has done this to - so she hopefully learns her lesson and gets some comeuppance

He should, but he's such a nice guy i think he may not.

Not sure if Roxanne could actually be convicted of anything

He's been vindicated now so I think he'll just move on from it

I think this as well. Hopefully his team will talk him into it because it was very out of line what she did.

I think he should make a complaint to the police and I also think the other guys who have come forward to say she made claims about them too should make complaints. At some point this behaviour needs to be addressed. Now seems the perfect time.

At the very least she deserves a caution.

But BB didn't show the vid which would have sealed the deal for Ryan.

I think I would, but I don't think he will. Fairly sure he will just want to forget the whole stupid thing rather than drag it out. Knowing 99.9999% of those watching are on his 'side' so to speak will probably be enough

I agree with a lot of what you say here. I think he should take legal action, to help him get closure, in support of all those who have previously been falsely accused by Roxanne, and to make her face responsibility for her actions. Doing so might make her adjust her behaviour and also prevent others in future becoming the victims of her false allegations.

However, I don't know what charges could be brought against her unless she has reported the incident to the police - although I believe one of the housemates mentioned something about the police being involved.

I don't think Ryan will become a woman hater, as the support emerging from those who know him suggest he is a lovely person, but I think the effect of this on him will be long lasting and will definitely have an impact on his ability to trust, as well as leaving him questioning his own actions and behaviour in future, forever conscious of how they could be misinterpretated or misrepresented.

He will have great support, and he will bounce back, but as a result of this incident, I don't think he will ever truly be quite the same happy go lucky character he was before.

BB should not have given him such a sturn warning... he did not deserve that... BB was just adding oil to the flame by doing that... they should take some of the blame...

He's too nice I think,I mean look at his apology, when he did absolutely nothing wrong and she just stood there lapping it up.

He should thank her really, his win was in doubt before this and she's now handed him an undeserved win.

Bloke is boring.

Like a cornered rat, she may decide to double down on her story and hit HIM with a legal case

I wonder how that would go for her..

Literally nobody believed her. You'd swear he'd survived a tsunami the way some people are going on.

Nobody believed her on the outside but there was most of the day where he was not believed in the house and was labelled a women beater by half the house and you think accusations like that wont mess with somebodies head?

Your lack of concern for men who are wrongly accused of things by women is quite concerning.

I would have thought as a woman you would be against false accusation

Had the issue been prolonged perhaps I would feel more sympathy but you have just said he suffered maybe a day and people want him to sue her...I just feel it's a bit absurd.

Lets not forget this isnt the 1st time she has done it.

All the men she tried to destroy need justice and she needs to know she can not keep doing it

I hope he does, she’s a terrible person, I’m not shocked that AJ has no sympathy for a male victim, he always supports the women even if she’s the perpetrator.

People hating her will probably do that. Unless somebody has proof they lost work because of her then being vindicated would be enough for me.

No....because no one can say if roxy was hurt or not...so it wont stand up in court...infact the fact he did hit her would go against him.

This! He was made to believe he did something wrong. And he's so nice he apologised straightaway. She's the one who should say sorry to him. And Big Brother, for failing to act sooner and for that unnecessary warning.

He could, but he said himself he just wants to move on and put it behind him. If she does do something dumb though after her walk, defamation, etc then I think it'd probably lead to a lawsuit. I guess his feelings can change too once he sees the video...
