How off topic is that? This topic is about the guy getting mixed up with what Emily said and the twins inside the house. Keep that in Shabnam's section of the forum if you must say it.

Plus you're very sad if you dislike Shabnam because of the way she looks, which she cannot fully change.

They are Twins, unless of course there's one more to come. That would have been in the papers by now tho.

Ye they could be triplets. They talk really strangely together like a twin code, but I'm used to that because I'm a twin myself!
